♥ Ingredients:
(Makes 12 5-cm square cakes)
2 cups (250 g) tapioca starch
¼ cup (50 g) sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1¼ cup (300ml) pandan leaf extract (made from 50g fresh pandan leaves) (watch my video to learn how to make pandan leaves extract here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eI-ny8rkI24)
1 cup shredded fresh young coconut
Mung bean filling:
½ cup (100g) mung beans (watch my video to learn how to cook mung bean here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuLxQ06Pbtc)
½ cup (120ml) water
⅓ cup (70g) sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ tsp amyl acetate flavor (optional)
Coconut leaves (I used pandan leaves as a substitute)
Bamboo toothpicks

1 tbsp muỗng canh dầu ăn
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê dầu chuối/ hương hoa bưởi (không có cũng được)
Lá dừa tươi để gói (Không có lá dừa tươi, thay bằng lá dứa/ lá nếp)
